Abstract	U ovom se radu bavim tijelom kao glavnim sredstvom glumčeva izraza polazeći od vlastitoga izvedbenoga iskustva. Adresira se pitanje glumačke tehnike čije se dublje razlaganje nastavlja pregledom bioloških zadatosti tijela kako bi se u daljnjoj progresiji rada pronašla njihova primjena u glumačkoj tehnici.
Abstract (english)	In this paper, I deal with the body as the main tool of the actor's expression, starting from my own performative experience. The question of acting technique is addressed, with a deeper explanation continuing through an examination of the biological tasks of the body, in order to find their application in acting technique in the further progression of the paper.
