Abstract	Gljiva shii-take poznata je na Dalekom istoku već dvije tisuće godina, a krajem prošlog stoljeća počela se intenzivnije uzgajati i u Europi. Posljednjih desetljeća detaljno se istražuje nutritivna i zdravstvena vrijednost gljiva. Brojnim znanstvenim istraživanjima utvrđena su značajna prehrambena i ljekovita svojstva gljive Shii-take koja su doprinijela njenoj brzoj popularizaciji. U Hrvatskoj je slabo zastupljen uzgoj gljive shii-take, a uglavnom se provodi u improviziranim prostorima i neodgovarajućim uvjetima. Kako se zbog izuzetnih prehrambenih i medicinskih svojstava očekuje rast interesa domaćeg tržišta, razvidna je potreba unaprjeđenja proizvodnju navedene gljive u Hrvatskoj. Cilj ovog rada je izraditi smjernice suvremenog uzgoja gljive shii-take u Hrvatskoj.
Abstract (english)	The shii-take mushroom has been known in the Far East for two thousand years, and at the end of the last century it began to be cultivated more intensively in Europe. The nutritional and health value of mushrooms has been studied in detail in recent decades. Numerous scientific studies have identified significant nutritional and medicinal properties of the Shii-take mushroom, which have contributed to its rapid popularization. In Croatia, the cultivation of the shii-take mushroom is poorly represented, and it is mainly carried out in improvised spaces and inadequate conditions. As the interest of the domestic market is expected to grow due to its exceptional nutritional and medicinal properties, the need to improve the production of this mushroom in Croatia is obvious. The aim of this paper is to develop Guidelines for modern production for growing shii-take in Croatia.
