Abstract	Zlatna žutica vinove loze, koju uzorkuje ‘Candidatus Phytoplasma vitis', jedna je od ekonomski najznačajnijih bolesti vinove loze u Europi. Njezino vrlo brzo širenje, uz značajnije ekonomske štete, zabilježeno je posljednjih desetak godina i na području Hrvatske. Za prevenciju i kontrolu širenja zlatne žutice bitna je pravovremena i precizna dijagnostika. U radu je obrađena detekcija zlatne žutice vinove loze iz simptomatičnih biljaka metodom lančane reakcije polimerazom (eng. polymerase chain reaction, PCR) i petljom posredovanim izotermalnim umnažanjem (eng. Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification, LAMP). Dobiveni su rezultati u kojima je prisutnost zlatne žutice vinove loze ustanovljena u 3 od 17 uzoraka metodom PCR, a LAMP metodom u 9 od 17 uzoraka. Osim razlike u broju pozitivnih uzoraka jedan uzorak koji je bio pozitivan primjenom metode PCR se pokazao kao negativan primjenom metode LAMP.
Abstract (english)	Flavescence dorée of grapevine, causes by 'Candidatus Phytoplasma vitis', is one of the most important disease of grapevine in Europe. Its very rapid expansion, with significant economic damage, has been recorded in Croatia in last ten years period. To prevent and control its spread, essential is fast and precise diagnosis. In this research detection of grapevine flavescence dorée phytoplasma will be made from symptomatic vines using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and loop-mediated isotermal amplification (LAMP). Results showed that the presence of phytoplasma was confirmed by PCR in 3 out of 17 samples and in 9 samples by LAMP. In addition to the difference in the number of positive samples, one PCR-positive sample was LAMP-negative.
