Abstract
Fitopatogene gljive koje su stanovnici tla u stalnom su suodnosu tj. nadmeću se za hranjiva i stanište. Najpoznatija fitopatogena gljiva koja je stanovnik tla, ubikvist i polifag jeSclerotinia sclerotiorum (Lib.) de Bary uzročnik bijele truleži. Stanovnik tla i ubikvist je i gljiva Trichoderma harzianum Rifai koja je značajna kao uzročnik zelene plijesni šampinjona. Međutim, s agronomskog aspekta T. Harzianum je poznatija kao čimbenik biološke borbe protiv fitopatogenih gljiva, nematoda i bakterija. Antagonist je fitopatogenih gljiva koje su također stanovnici tla, a to su vrste rodova Alternaria, Fusarium, Phytophthora, Pythium, Rhizoctonia. Ipak, ne posjeduju sve jedinke (izolati) vrste T. harzianum istovjetnu antagonističku sposobnost te stoga nisu jednakovrijedni kao biološki čimbenici i ne nalaze svi primjenjivost u biološkom suzbijanju. Za potrebe testiranja i vrednovanja antagonističke sposobnosti razvijene su laboratorijske metode in vitro i in vivo. U ovom istraživanju testirana je metodom „dvojnih kultura“ antagonistička sposobnost dvaju T. harzianum izolata označnih šiframa G3 i ZB. Antagonistički potencijal izolata vrednovan je Indeksom inhibicije (I) rasta fitopatogene gljive S. sclerotiorum. Rezultati su potvrdili postojanje razlika u antagonističkim sposobnostima izolata vrste T. harzianum. Izolat G3 iskazao je jaču inhibiciju rasta S. sclerotiorum (I =66,83) naspram izolata ZB (I =54,5). Perspektivnost izolata G3 za primjenu u biološkom istraživanju trebalo bi testirati makro-laboratorijskim testovima, a potom i poljskim pokusima.

Phytopathogenic fungi that are domiciled in soil are in a constant interrelation, or in other words, are fighting for nourishment and habitat. The most common phytopathogenic fungus that is domiciled in soil, ubiquitous and polyphagous, is Sclerotinia sclerotiorum (Lib.) de Bary, a causative agent of decay. Also domiciled in soil and ubiquitous is the fungus Trichoderma harzianum Rifai, which is of importance as a causative agent of the green mildew of the edible fungi champignons. However, from the agronomical point of view T. Harzianum is better known as an agent in biological fight against phytopathogenic fungi, nematodes and bacteria. It is also antagonist to phytopathogenic fungi that are domiciled in soil as well, some of which belong to species Alternaria, Fusarium, Phytophthora, Pythium, Rhizoctonia. However, not each individual member (isolate) of the specie T. harzianum possess the same antagonistic capability and therefore are not of the same value in terms of biological activity nor is each one of them of any use in biological combat. The laboratory methods of in vitro and in vivoare developed for the needs of testing and evaluation of the antagonistic capability. For testing purposes of the antagonostic capability of two T. harzianum isolates labeled G3 and ZB, this particular research has used the method of „dual cultures“. The antagonistic potential of the isolates is valued by the Growth Inhibition Index (I) of the phytopathogenic fungus S.sclerotiorum. The results have shown that there are differencies in the antagonistic capabilities of isolates of the specie T. harzianum.The isolate G3 has shown a stronger growth inhibition S. sclerotiorum (I =66,83) compared to the isolate ZB (I =54,5). Perspectiveness of the isolate's G3 application in biological research should be tested by macro-laboratory tests, and later on in field experiments.
