Abstract
Buhač (Tanacetum cinerariifolium/Trevir./Sch. Bip.) je višegodišnja zeljasta vrsta iz porodice glavočika (Asteraceae ili Compositae), porijeklom sa sjeveroistočnog jadranskog priobalja. Cvat buhača prirodni je izvor piretrina, ekonomski najvažnijeg insekticida biljnog podrijetla. Koristi se u domaćinstvima, veterini, skladištima ljudske i stočne hrane te poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji. U Hrvatskoj je prema Pravilniku o strogo zaštićenim vrstama (Narodne novine, broj 144/2013) sakupljanje buhača s prirodnih staništa zakonom zabranjeno, pa se stoga javlja potreba njegovog kultiviranja. Cilj ovog pokusa bio je istražiti utjecaj granuliranog (Osmocote) te folijarno primijenjenih stimulatora biljnog rasta (Bio Plantella Super-F, Eko-Rast Vrtko) na dinamiku porasta i razvoja pikiranih i nepikiranih presadnica buhača. Istraživanje je provedeno u zaštićenom prostoru Zavoda za povrćarstvo na Agronomskom fakultetu u Zagrebu tijekom 2015. godine. Sjeme je sijano 11. ožujka, a nakon osam tjedana (21. svibnja) provedeno je pikiranje polovice od ukupnog broja presadnica. Obavljene su dvije morfološke analize presadnica (21. svibnja i 6. srpnja), a iz dobivenih podataka izračunata je biomasa presadnica (dužina × širina najvećeg lista × broj listova po biljci). Utvrđeno je da primjena gnojiva Osmocote rezultira značajnim porastom presadnica, dok primjena biostimulatora Bio Plantella Super-F, Eko-Rast Vrtko nije opravdana u uzgoju presadnica buhača.

Dalmatian pyrethrum (Tanacetum cinerariifolium/Trevir./Sch. Bip.) is a perennial herbaceous plant species from the Asteraceae (Compositae) family, originating from the north-eastern Adriatic coast. Pyrethrum flowers are a natural source of pyrethrin, economically most important insecticide from plants. It is used in households, veterinary medicine, warehouses of human and animal foods and in agricultural production. According to the Ordinance on strictly protected species (Official Gazette 144/2013) collection of pyrethrum from natural habitats in Croatia is prohibited by law, therefore Dalmatian pyrethrum needs to be cultivated. The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effect of granulated (Osmocote) and foliar plant growth stimulators (Bio Plantella Super-F, Eko-Rast Vrtko) on the dynamics of growth and development of pricked and unpricked pyrethrum transplants. The research was conducted in the greenhouse of the Vegetable Crops Department at the Faculty of Agriculture in Zagreb in the year 2015. Sowing was done on March 11, and eight weeks later (May 21) pricking of the transplants was conducted. Two morphological analyses of transplants (May 21 and July 6) were carried out and from the obtained data biomass of transplants was calculated (length × width of the largest leaf × number of leaves per plant). It was found that the application of fertilizer Osmocote resulted in a significant increase of transplant’s biomass, while the application of bio-stimulators Bio Plantella Super-F and Eko-Rast Vrtko was not statistically valid in growing of pyrethrum transplants.
