Abstract
U ovom radu istraživane su mogućnosti korištenja Palintest SK 400 opreme za kemijske analize tla na području Republike Hrvatske. Navedena oprema već se koristi diljem svijeta za kemijske analize tla na samom terenu od strane samih poljoprivrednika. Kemijskom analizom tla dobiva se uvid u stanje tla te mogućnosti i isplativost uzgoja pojedine kulture. Analizirane su sljedeće kemijske značajke tla: pH vrijednost, potreba materijala za kalcifikaciju, sadržaj nitrata, fiziološki aktivnog fosfora i kalija u tlu. Cilj je ovog rada usporediti Palintest metodu s laboratorijskim metodama i njihove rezultate. Da bi to bilo moguće najprije su provedene analize standardnim laboratorijskim metodama čiji se rezultati koriste kao referentne vrijednosti. Sadržaj fiziološki aktivnog fosfora u tlu, potreba materijala za kalcifikaciju i pH vrijednost tla analizirani su na 9 uzoraka tla. Sadržaj fiziološki aktivnog kalija u tlu analiziran je na 7 uzoraka tla, a sadržaj nitrata u tlu analiziran je na 10 uzoraka tla. Vrijednosti pH tla u H2O Palintest metodom pokazale su raspon točnosti od -2,33% do -9,09% u odnosu na referentnu metodu. Potrebe materijala za kalcifikaciju određivane Palintest metodom pokazale su raspon točnosti od -2,44% do čak 59,09% u odnosu na referentnu metodu. Sadržaj nitrata u tlu određen Palintest metodom pokazao je raspon točnosti od -15,51% do 403,36% u odnosu na referentnu metodu. Sadržaj fiziološki aktivnog fosfora u tlu određen Palintest metodom pokazao je raspon točnosti od -11,32% do -69,67% u odnosu na referentnu metodu. Sadržaj fiziološki aktivnog kalija u tlu određen Palintest metodom pokazao je raspon točnosti od -46,06% do -60,62% u odnosu na referentnu metodu. S druge strane, kod svih analiziranih kemijskih značajki tla, utvrđena je visoka korelacija između metoda, koja ukazuje na usklađenost i proporcionalnost njihove primjene. Za potpuniju procjenu mogućnosti primjene Palintest opreme na našem području trebalo bi obaviti mjerenja u različitim agroekološkim uvjetima i na većem broju uzoraka različitih tipova tala, uz analize više pedofizikalnih i pedokemijskih značajki, relevantnih za buduća istraživanja.

This study researches possibilities of using Palintest SK 400 equipment for soil analysis in Croatia. This equipment is already being used worldwide for analysing chemical soil characteristics right on the field by farmers themselves. Chemical soil analysis gives guidelines in deciding which agricultural crops should be used on certain field by giving the soil insight. The following soil characteristics are analysed: pH soil value, need for material for soil neutralisation, nitrate content in soil, phosphorus content in soil and potassium content in soil. The goal of this study is to compare the Palintest method with recognised laboratory methods and their results. In order to establish that, firstly are obtained results by recognised laboratory methods which are used as referent values. Phosphorus content in soil, need for material for soil neutralisation and pH value are analysed on 9 soil samples. Potassium content in soil is analysed on 7 soil samples. Nitrate content in soil is analysed on 10 soil samples. Results of pH soil values in H2O obtained by Palintest method showed accuracy range from -2,33% to -9,09% in regard to referent method. Results of Palintest method for CaCO3 for soil neutralisation showed accuracy range from -2,44% to 59,09% in regard to referent method. Results of nitrate content in soil obtained by Palintest method showed accuracy range from -15,51% to 403,36% in regard to referent method. Results of physiologically active phosphorus in soil obtained by Palintest method showed accuracy range from -11,32% to - 69,67% in regard to referent method. Results of physiologically active potassium in soil obtained by Palintest method showed accuracy range from -46,06% to -60,62% in regard to referent method. On the other side, correlation between compared methods is strong positive in all analyses, which shows their compatibility and proportionality. For complete evaluation for Palintest equipment usage in Croatia, needs to be done more researches in different agroecological conditions on a larger number of soil types and soil samples including physical and other chemical soil analyses.
