Abstract
Početkom travnja 2016. provedeno je istraživanje vegetativnog prirasta maslina na lokaciji Nacionalnog kolekcijskog nasada domaćih i udomaćenih sorata maslina u Vodnjanu, čiju je sadnju 2011. godine potaknuo Agronomski fakultet u Zagrebu. Istraživanje je obuhvatilo mjerenje promjera debla, duljine grana te određivanje broja grana maslina. Istraživanje je provedeno da bi se ustvrdila vegetativna svojstva više od pedeset različitih genotipa maslina koje se već nalaze u proizvodnji u RH ili se proizvođačima nude kao nove kreacije. Među istraživanim sortama utvrđene su očekivane razlike vegetativnog prirasta. Najveći prosječni promjer debla zabilježen je kod sorte broj 7; 5,9 cm, dok je najmanji prosječni promjer debla izmjeren je među sortom masline broj 53; 3 cm. Prosječni promjer debla iznosio je 4,3 cm. Najveća prosječna du-ljina grane zabilježena je također kod sorte broj 7; 2.246 cm, dok je najmanja prosječna duljina grana izmjerena je među sortom masline broj 58; 722 cm. Prosječna duljina grana iznosila je 1.276 cm. Najveći prosječni broj grana zabilježen je kod sorte broj 7; 231, dok je najmanji prosječni broj grana izbrojen je među sortom masline broj 31; 96 grana. Prosječno su stabla u istraživanju imala 164 grane.

The research on vegetative growth of olives, which are located at the National Colle-ction of indigenous and domesticated varieties of olives plantation in Vodnjan, whose planting in 2011. was encouraged by Faculty of Agriculture in Zagreb, was done in the beginning of April 2016. The research included measuring trunk diameter and branches length, and also counting the number of the branches of the olive tree. Research was conducted to determine vegetative features of more than 50 different genotypes of olives that have already been producing in the Republic of Croatia or they have already been offered to manufacturers as new creations. Among the researched varieties, there was found the expected vegetative growth. The highest average trunk diameter was measured among the variety number 7; 5.9cm, while the lowest average trunk diameter was measured among the variety number 53; 3cm. The average trunk diameter of all varieties was 4.3cm. The highest average branch length was measured among the variety number 7; 2.246cm, while the lowest average length number 58; 722cm. The average length of branches was 1,276cm. The highest number of branches was counted among the variety number 7; 231 branches, while the lowest average number of branches was counted among the variety number 31; 96 branches. The average number of branched was 164.
