Abstract
Odlazak na agroturizam predstavlja odmor i opuštanje od svakodnevne buke i stresnog života u gradu i na poslu. Također, osim odmora i opuštanja, drugi motiv je druženje s obitelji i prijateljima. Kušanje tradicijske hrane predstavlja jedan od tri najčešća razloga za posjet agrotururističkim gospodarstvima. Tradicijska kuhinja predstavlja pripremu i konzumiranje hrane od tradicijskih sirovina i na tradicijski način koji je prenošen s generacije na generaciju. Iako danas, posebice u urbanim sredinama, prevladava moderna kuhinja, tradicijska kuhinja u posljenje vrijeme postaje sve zanimljivija posebice turistima koji sve više cijene tradicionalnu gastronomsku ponudu. To predstavlja dobru priliku za razvoj turizma pri čemu su ruralna područja idealne destinacije za maksimalno iskorištavanja potencijala tradicijske kuhinje. U ovom radu su analizirani stavovi i mišljenja osoba koje se bave agroturizmom kao i stavovi i mišljenja posjetitelja seoskih imanja ili restorana u ruralnim krajevima o važnosti tradicijske kuhinje kao turističke atrakcije u ruralnim krajevima.

Going to the agrotourism represents rest and relaxation from everyday noise and stress of city life and of the work. Also, apart from rest and relaxation, another motive is socializing with family and friends. Tasting traditional food is one of the three most common reasons for visiting village property. Traditional cuisine is the preparation and consumption of food and traditional materials and in a traditional way, which is transmitted from generation to generation. Although today, especially in urban areas, the prevailing modern kitchen, traditional cuisine in lately time becomes more and more interesting especially for tourists who increasingly appreciate traditional cuisine. This represents a good opportunity for the development of tourism in rural areas which are ideal destinations for maximum exploitation of the potential of traditional cuisine. This work analyzes the attitudes and opinions of people who are engaged in agrotourism as well as attitudes and opinions of visitors to farms or restaurants in rural areas about the importance of traditional cuisine as well as tourist attractions in rural areas.
