Abstract
Ovaj rad istražuje, razmatra i ističe povezanost i interakciju među literaturom koja opisuje teoriju privrženosti, bolesti ovisnosti i kliničke prakse art terapije. Polazeći od teorijskog okvira koji obuhvaća psihodinamske teorije, teorije objektnih odnosa, stilove privrženosti, mehanizme obrane, prijenos i protuprijenos, bolesti ovisnosti, razvoj mozga i kliničku art terapiju, rad ističe važnost formiranja sigurnih emocionalnih veza u djetinjstvu te njihov utjecaj na razvoj dobrog mentalnog zdravlja u odrasloj dobi. Nadalje, razmatra teorijske osnove art terapije kao metode koja pruža prostor za izražavanje duboko ukorijenjenih emocija i istraživanje međuljudskih odnosa kroz kreativni proces. Isto tako, naglašava potencijal art terapije kao sredstva za reparaciju oštećenih ili narušenih odnosa te njezinu ulogu u jačanju emocionalne povezanosti i pomoći u liječenju bolesti ovisnosti. Kroz integraciju teorijskih okvira cilj je ovog rada doprinijeti razumijevanju moguće potencionalne povezanosti emocionalne dinamike u djetinjstvu i sklonosti ka ovisnostima, te istaknuti potrebu za razvojem ciljanih psihoterapijskih pristupa u tom području koji uključuju art terapiju. Ovaj rad smatra se isključivo putokazom i dodatkom za daljnja istraživanja na tu temu.
Abstract (english)
This paper explores, examines, and highlights the interconnectedness and interaction among literature describing attachment theory, addiction disorders, and clinical practices of art therapy. Starting from a theoretical framework that encompasses psychodynamic theories, object relations theories, attachment styles, defense mechanisms, transference and countertransference, addiction disorders, brain development, and clinical art therapy, the paper emphasizes the importance of forming secure emotional bonds in childhood and their impact on the development of good mental health in adulthood. Furthermore, it discusses the theoretical foundations of art therapy as a method that provides space for the expression of deeply rooted emotions and exploration of interpersonal relationships through the creative process. It also underscores the potential of art therapy as a means of repairing damaged or disrupted relationships and its role in strengthening emotional connections and aiding in the treatment of addiction disorders. Through the integration of theoretical frameworks, the aim of this work is to contribute to understanding the potential connection between emotional dynamics in childhood and susceptibility to addiction, and to emphasize the need for the development of targeted psychotherapeutic approaches in this area that include art therapy. This paper is considered solely as a guideline and supplement for further research on this topic.
