Abstract
Predmet ovog stručnog završnog rada je istraživanje važnosti zaposlenika i poslovne kulture unutar tvrtke na organizacijske promjene. Analizira se organizacijska kultura i klima te važnost ljudskog faktora u uspješnoj provedbi organizacijske promjene koja predstavlja najvažniju kariku uslijed neprestanih promjena u vanjskom okruženju. Ispituje se zadovoljstvo zaposlenika radnom sredinom i osobni doživljaj posla, formalne i neformalne mreže komunikacije te trenutno ukupno stanje u organizaciji, a dobiveni rezultati menadžmentu pružaju korisne informacije o segmentima organizacijskog života te o poželjnom smjeru razvoja u upravljanju ljudskim potencijalima organizacije radi kreiranja poslovne izvrsnosti koja se očituje poslovnim rezultatom.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this expert final work is to explore the importance of workers and business culture within the company to organisational change. It analyses organizational culture and climate, as well as the importance of the human factor in successful implementation of the organisational change that constitute the most important link as a result of continuous changes in the external environment. The satisfaction survey with working environment and the personal experience of work, formal and informal communication networks and the current overall situation of the organisation provide management useful information on the organisational life segments and the desirable direction of development in the management of human resources of the organisation to create business excellence, manifested by business results.
