Abstract
Analiza financijskih izvještaja se koristi kako bi se uvidjelo poslovanje poduzeća u određenom razdoblju i kako bismo uočili njegove dobre osobine pa tako i slabosti. Kroz financijske izvještaje dobivamo informacije o poslovanju poduzeća te je njihova analiza vrlo bitna za uspješno upravljanje i donošenje odluke o uspješnosti i sigurnosti poslovanja poduzeća. Metode analize koje se koriste u analizi financijskih izvještaja su horizontalna i vertikalna analiza te analiza putem financijskih pokazatelja. U ovom radu će se analizirati financijski izvještaji poduzeća Kraš d.d., Zagreb za 2019.godinu. Temeljem bilance i računa dobiti i gubitka provest će se vertikalna i horizontalna analiza te analiza putem pokazatelja te donijeti završna ocjena poslovanja tvrtke. Uz to prikazat će se oscijalcije u kretanju dionica na tržištu kapitala u periodu vlasničke transformacije i preuzimanja te stjecanja većinskog paketa dionica od strane jednog ulagača.
Abstract (english)
The analysis of financial statements is used to see the performance of the company in a certain period and to identify its good qualities and thus weaknesses. Through financial reports we obtain information about the company's operations and their analysis is very important for successful management and decision-making on the success and security of the company's operations. The instruments used in the analysis of financial statements are horizontal and vertical analysis and analysis through financial indicators. This paper will analyze the financial statements of the company Kraš d.d., Zagreb for 2019. Based on the balance sheet and profit and loss account, a vertical and horizontal analysis will be performed, as well as an analysis through indicators, and a final assessment of the company's operations. In addition, will be presented oscillations in the movement of shares on the capital market in the period of ownership transformation and takeover and the acquisition of a majority stake by one investor.
