Abstract
U ovom radu su objašnjeni pojmovi organizacije, poduzeća, te teorije poduzeća. Organizacija je važan segment ĉovjekovog života, pa tako i poslovnog, zbog ĉega je važno kao takvu i poznavati. Posebno je to važno promatrajući poslovne aktivnosti poduzeća, te u kojoj mjeri i koliku važnost ona ima u obavljanju poslovnih aktivnosti. Posebna se pažnja pridala teorijama poduzeća koji u mnogome pomažu kod uĉinkovitijeg upravljanja poslovnim procesima. Pomoću razliĉitih teorija se nalaze rješenja za mnoge probleme s kojima se poduzeća u poslovanju susreću. Poduzetnik koji odluĉi riskirati u određeni poslovni pothvat treba poznavati razliĉite teorije poduzeća, kao i samu bit ekonomike ĉime može pravodobno prepoznati mnogobrojne probleme s kojima će se njegovo poduzeće susretati, te time će moći uĉinkovitije donositi odgovarajuće poslovne odluke. Samo educirani poduzetnici mogu stvarati inovativna i konkurentna poduzeća ne samo na domaćem, nego i međunarodnim tržištima.
Abstract (english)
This paper explains the concepts of organization, enterprise, and enterprise theory. Organization is an important segment of human life, including business, which is why it is important to know it. This is especially important considering the business activities of the company, and to what extent and how important it is in conducting business activities. Special attention has been paid to company theories that greatly help in more efficient business process management. Different theories are used to find solutions to many problems that companies face in business. An entrepreneur who decides to take a risk in a certain business venture should know different theories of the company, as well as the essence of economics, which can timely identify many problems that his company will face, and thus be able to make appropriate business decisions. Only educated entrepreneurs can create innovative and competitive companies not only in domestic but also international markets.
