Abstract
Krizno komuniciranje su napori koje poduzeće čini u komuniciranju s javnošću i dioničarima kada se dogodi neočekivani događaj koji bi mogao imati negativan utjecaj na ugled tvrtke. Iako je svaka situacija jedinstvena i ocjenjuje se pojedinačno, generalni parametri krize uključuju: • Značajan događaj koji je uključuje interes široke javnosti, izvještavanje medija se podrazumijeva kao i javno preispitivanje učinjenog • Događaj koji može značajno naštetiti ugledu organizacije ili financijskoj stabilnosti • Događaj koji zbog svoje nestabilnosti stvara visoku razinu nesigurnosti i uznemirenosti javnosti • Događaj u kojem je potrebna neka vrsta unutarnjeg djelovanja, promjene politike ili interne organizacijske strukture kako bi se došlo do uspješnog rješenja krize
Abstract (english)
Crisis Communications is “the effort taken by a company to communicate with the public and stakeholders when an unexpected event occurs that could have a negative impact on the company’s reputation.” While each situation is unique and evaluated individually, formal parameters of a crisis include: • A significant event that prompts widespread, often sustained news coverage and public scrutiny; • An event that has the potential to damage an organization’s reputation, financial stability or image; • An event that due to its volatility, creates high levels of uncertainty; • An event in which some type of internal action, policy change or organizational structure alteration is necessary for resolution.
