Games as a form of communication do not only signify a process which is characteristic to children and children only. It is in reality a bundle of processes which are intertwined into the reality of the contemporary civilisation, and are therefore characteristic to adult individuals. In a world which is created and ran by inter-human communication, games in communication are a constitutive part of this continuous, two-way (and multi-way) process. In this paper it is shown how communication is saturated with games, and it is done through the objective of several dominant scientific discourses: psychology, anthropology, sociology, philosophy and finally – management. The empirical research in this paper investigates the latter – games in communication within management studies, wherein we face a twofold necessity: human resources management and the management of business processes. The paper examines and qualitatively labels communication in management as well as it’s trying to provide the answer to its own research hypothesis; it also aims to challenge i.e. examine some of the classical (and the recent) knowledge foundations about games in communication which we have been trained to observe as scientific facts. Finally, this work portraits the inevitability of games in communication and thus indicates to the importance of a continuous development of (communicational) sciences, in order of a better understanding, study and usage of the same.
