Abstract
Kao jedan od najpopularnijih oblika vlasničkog organiziranja i upravljanja i to na globalnoj razini ističe se obiteljsko poduzetništvo. Naime, djelovanje ali i uloga obiteljskih poduzeća nosi sa sobom brojne izazove. Uz izazove, vođenje ovakvog načina poslovanja praćeno je i mnogobrojnim zadacima, a kao glavni cilj ističe se stvaranje ugodne radne klime i ostvarenje profita. Kao i svaki drugi oblici poslovanja, tako i obiteljsko poduzetništvo ima različite izvore financiranja, a kao najznačajniji ističu se poduzetnički i vlasnički kapital, zatim zadržana dobit te faktoring. U konačnici, zbog posebnosti i različitosti svakog pojedinog poduzeća, činjenica je kako ne postoji jedinstvena formula za uspjeh, no ipak postoji nekoliko pothvata koje je potrebno poduzeti kako bi se poslovanje pojedinog poduzeća učinilo što uspješnijim.
Abstract (english)
Family entrepreneurship is listed as one of the most popular forms of ownership organization and management. Furthermore, the work or role of family businesses also comes with challenges. Alongside that challenge, running this type of business is accompanied by numerous tasks. The main goal is a comfortable working climate and making a profit. Just like every other public business, family businesses have different funding allocations for financing, such as the same entrepreneur and equity, retained earnings and factoring. All in all, because of the distinctiveness and diversity of each company, there is the possibility of having a unique formula for success. However, there are still a few products that particular company needs in order for the business to be successful.
