Abstract	Ideja za poslovni pothvat nastala je uoĉavanjem prostora nakon detaljno provedene analize predmetnog trţišta. Povod za poslovnu ideju je rastuće turistiĉko trţište, a naroĉito u segmentu njegovog kontinentalno-ruralno dijela, nedostatak ovakvih objekata na širem podruĉju lokacije te velik broj potencijalnih gostiju. Ciljevi ovog poslovnog pothvata su samozapošljavanje, otvaranje novih radnih mjesta u ruralnom podruĉju Karlovaĉke ţupanije, jaĉanje turistiĉke ponude i konkurentnosti na trţištu kroz razvoj kontinentalnog turizma, stvaranje turistiĉke prepoznatljivosti destinacije te ostvarivanje prihoda i dodane vrijednosti za novoosnovanu tvrtku, njezine zaposlenike i poslovne partnere. Predmet ovog struĉnog završnog rada je analiza eksternih i internih potencijala poslovne ideje pruţanja turistiĉke usluge. Cilj ovog rada je kroz analizu eksternih i internih potencijala identificirati prilike i iskoriste, prijetnje neutraliziraju, snage dobro razviju a slabosti pretvore u snage.
Abstract (english)	The idea for a business venture appeared after analysing the market in question. The reason for the business idea is the growing tourist market, especially in the segment of its continental-rural part, the lack of such facilities in the wider area of the site and a large number of potential guests. The goals of this business venture are: self-employment, creating jobs in the rural area of Karlovac County, enhancement of tourist offer and competitiveness through the development of continental tourism, creation of tourist recognition of the destination and generating income and economic value added for the newly established company, its employees and business partners. The subject of this final paper is the analysis of the external and internal potentials of the business idea of providing tourist services. The aim of this paper is to identify opportunities through the analysis of external and internal potentials, neutralize threats, develop strengths and turn weaknesses into strengths.
