Abstract
Predmet ovoga rada jest analiza utjecaja organizacijske psihologije na usklađivanje potreba zaposlenika organizacije i njihovih očekivanja sa zahtjevima djelatnosti koju organizacija obavlja. Organizacijska psihologija omogućava nam razumijevanje kompleksnosti organizacija i njihovih dionika, stoga će rad predočiti organizacijsko ponašanje i stanje ljudskih resursa kao unutarnjih čimbenika djelovanja u organizaciji te njihove refleksije na učinkovitost organizacije iz aspekta organizacijske psihologije. Korištenjem metode polustrukturiranog intervjua, provedbom istraživanja utvrdit ćemo ključne aspekte za opstanak poduzeća te koji i koliki je utjecaj organizacijske psihologije na unutarnje čimbenike u izgradnji održive konkurentske sposobnosti poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this work is the analysis of the impact of organizational psychology at harmonizing the needs of employees in the organization and their expectations with the requirements of the activities that the organization carries out. Organizational psychology allows us to understand the complexity of the organization and its stakeholders, therefore this paper will present the organizational behavior and state of human resources in the role of internal factors in the organization and their impact on the effectiveness of the organization perform from the aspect of organizational psychology. The goal of research is using the method of semi-structured interview determine the psychological aspects of the organization crucial for the survival of businesses and the impact of organizational psychology as internal factor in building a sustainable competitive advantage.
