Abstract	U ovom se radu govori o komunikacijskim problemima koje je Zoran Milanović imao u odnosu s biračima od kojih je tražio povjerenje na parlamentarnim izborima. Stil njegove političke retorike opterećen elitističkim diskursom i nejasnim izričajem kojega se moglo krivo tumačiti, pokazao se zbunjujućim podjednako i za tradicionalne birače njegove stranke i za ostale birače podijeljenog biračkog tijela u RH. U radu su analizirani načini Milanovićeve usmene komunikacije s primjerima osobito problematičnih tvrdnji. U radu su, također prikazana mišljenja stručnjaka o komunikacijskim pogreškama koje je činio, osobito u izbornoj kampanji tijekom 2015. i 2016. godine, a koje su - i onda kada je dobro mislio - otežale iii onemogućile razumijevanje relevantnog političkog sadržaja pa su ga koštale gubitka presudnog dijela biračkog tijela.
Abstract (english)	This paper is about the communication problems that Zoran Milanović had in his relations with the voters from whom he sought support during parliamentary elections. The style of his political rhetorics is heavily burdend with elitistic discourse and his vague wording that can be wrongly interpreted, proved to be equally confusing to traditional voters of his party and to other voters in divided electorate in Croatia. This paper analyzes the ways of Milanović oral communication with examples of particularly problematic statements. The paper also shows the opinions of experts on communication errors which he did, especially in an election campaign during 2015 and 2016, and that - even when he ment well - made it difficult or impossible to understand the relevant political content what cost him losing crucial part of the electorate.
