Abstract	Komunikacija u sportu oduvijek je bila nešto čemu su sportske ekipe, igrači i treneri davali veliku važnost.Razvojem tehnologije komunikacija je znatno olakšana te je danas praktički sve dostupno u bilo kojem trenutku.Biti veliki sportaš ne znači biti samo najbolji u onome čime se bave, već biti veliki sportaš znači biti dobar u komunikaciji s medijima i svojim javnostima, biti društveno odgovoran i pozitivan primjer mladima diljem svijeta. Sportaši su danas možda i najveći ambasadori svojih zemalja te je stoga iznimno važno da imaju dobar imidž te da nisu skloni ekscesima. U sportu je važna i dobra komunikacija između trenera i igrača. Ukoliko igrač ne razumije što se od njega traži, tada je neuspjeh i loš rezultat zagarantiran.
Abstract (english)	In sports, communication has always been something that great sports teams, players and coaches gave big significance. The development of technology communication has been considerably easier and nowdays everything is available to as at any time. To be a great athlete doesn´t only meant to be the best ih sport that you are involved in, it also mean to be good in communication with media and public, to be socially responsible and to be good example to all youngsters around the world. Nowdays athletes are maybe biggest ambassadors of their country. It is highly important to them to have a good image and are not involved to scandals. Furthermore, good communication between coaches and players is one of the most important thing for team and teams results in sports. If player doesn´t understand what is expected from him, then the failure is inevitable.
