Abstract	U ovome radu govorit će se o kriznom komuniciranju FIFA-e za vrijeme i nakon korupcijskog skandala 2015. godine kojim je organizacija bila zahvaćena. Osim o skandalu iz 2015. godine, bit će riječi i o prošlim događajima FIFA-e koji su utjecali na njenu reputaciju. S obzirom da se radi o svjetskoj krovnoj nogometnoj organizaciji, zanimljivo je vidjeti na koji način je slučaj percipiran u javnosti i na koji način je reagirala FIFA u ovoj kriznoj situaciji. U torn smjeru, objasnit će se kontekst događaja koji su doveli do koruptivnih djela u FIFA-i, te uloga Seppa Blattera kao središnjega aktera skandala. S obzirom da je ovo situacija koja je od organizacije tražila promptnu i pravovremenu reakciju, prikazat će se na koji je način FIFA pristupila krizi te koje je posljedice ova krizna situacija imala za FIFA-u.
Abstract (english)	In this final work talk will be about crisis communication in FIFA, during and after the corruption scandal from 2015, with which the organization has been affected. In addition to the scandal from 2015, it will discussed and about past events in FIFA that affected its reputation. FIFA is a top global organization of football and it is interesting to see how the case is perceived by the public and how FIFA reacted in this crisis situation. In this direction, it will be explained the context of the events that led to the corruptive activities in FIFA, and the role of Sepp Blatter as the central actor of this scandal. This is a situation where organizations is looking for a prompt and timely response, because of that, shown the way how FIFA approached the crisis and what are the consequences of crisis situations for FIFA.
