Abstract
Ne kaže se bez razloga da komunikacija pokreće svijet. U svakodnevnim životnim problemima komunikacijom izglađujemo stvar, bila ona interna iii eksterna, svaku koristimo za lakše razumijevanje. Kod korporacija veliki problemi se nazivaju krize iz kojih se potrebno izvući s dobrim kriznim planom s kojim se prolazi kroz sve tn faze krize. Svaki krizni tim neke kompanije treba imati već unaprijed pripremljen krizni plan kako bi odgovorno i spremno znao reagirati na krizu kojom je kompanija pogođena. Kroz krizu vrlo je bitno imati dobre odnose s medijima, biti stalno dostupni za sve nesuglasice i pitanja, pokazati ljudsku stranu i prije svega profesionalnost. Izvući se iz krize ne mora nužno značiti i izaći bez posljedica.
Abstract (english)
It does not say without any reason that communication drives the world. In everyday life related problems, we communicate the matter, whether it is internal or external, we use each one for a better understanding. In corporations, big problems are called crises that need to be drawn with a good crisis plan that goes through all three phases of the crisis. Each crisis team of some companies should have a pre-prepared crisis plan to respond responsibly and readily to respond to the crisis affected by the company. Through the crisis, it is important to have good relations with the media, to be constantly available for all disagreements and questions, to show the human side and above all professionalism. Getting out of the crisis does not necessarily mean and go without success.
