Abstract	Tema ovog diplomskog rada analiza je uloge i važnosti interne komunikacije u vidljivosti projekta „Razvoj visokoobrazovnih standarda zanimanja, standarda kvalifikacije i studijskih programa na osnovama Hrvatskog kvalifikacijskog okvira u području specijalističkih studija politehnike – Politehnika 2025“. Nositelj projekta je Tehničko veleučilište u Zagrebu čija je djelatnost provedba politehničkih studijskih programa. U ovom diplomskom radu analizirana je učinkovitost i uspješnost interne komunikacije, koja je primijenjena u distribuciji informacija vezanih za provedbu Projekta prema nastavnom osoblju, studentima, članovima projektnog tima te ključnim osobama partnerskih ustanova. Kroz analizu interne komunikacije u realizaciji projekta Politehnika 2025 na praktičnom primjeru prikazat će se važnost pravovremene i kvalitetne interne komunikacije u realizaciji projekata financiranih iz Europskog socijalnog fonda, a također će se sukladno dobivenim rezultatima i zaključcima istraživanja predložiti moguća poboljšanja za slične buduće projekte.
Abstract (english)	The subject of this Masters thesis is the analysis of both the role and the importance of communication maintained in the project named “Development of HE profession standards, qualification standards and study programmes, all based on the Croatian Qualification Frame in the field of specialist graduate polytechnic studies - Polytechnic 2025“. The coordinator of the project is the Zagreb University of Applied Sciences which carries out the polytechnic study programmes. A research was conducted into the efficiency and effectiveness of internal communication which was used as a channel for distribution of information on the Project implementation to staff, students and members of the Project team, together with the leaders of partner institutions. The results of the analysis of internal communication maintained in the Polytechnic 2025 project will show the importance of timely and quality internal communication maintained in projects financed by the European Social Fund. According to the results obtained and conclusions drawn, possible improvement ideas will be proposed for future projects of the kind.
