Abstract
Na području Kopačkog rita, u kanalu Čonakut i Sakadaškom jezeru, kao i u Dunavu istraživani su od svibnja do rujna 2012. godine osnovni fizikalno-kemijski parametri te potencijal rasta alga (AGP) kult. Chlorella kessleri. Maksimalna prozirnost vode zabilježena je u lipnju u Sakadaškom jezeru, kada je bio i najveći vodostaj Dunava, a više od 90% površine Kopačkog rita bilo je poplavljeno. Na postaji Dunav najveće koncentracije hranjivih tvari zabilježene su u kolovozu, u vrijeme opadanja vodostaja i najniže koncentracije otopljenog kisika, kada je prema Uredbi o standardu kakvoće vode Dunav bio vrlo lošeg ekološkog stanja. Rezultati istraživanja potencijala rasta alga kult. C. kessleri u vodi istraživanih lokaliteta ukazuju da su trofički uvjeti na istraživanim postajama bili najčešće mezotrofni (64%), rjeđe oligomezotrofni (12 %) i mezoeutrofni (21%), dok je voda iz pridnenog sloja Sakadaškog jezera uzorkovana u srpnju imala politrofne uvjete. Prema rezultatima biotesta obogaćivanja nutrijentima u uzorcima vode s postaja Dunav, kanal Čonakut i Sakadaško jezero utvrđena je kolimitacija dušikom i fosforom. Neznatni porast jačine limitacije N i kolimitacije N i P utvrđen je od glavnog toka rijeke Dunav prema unutrašnjosti poplavnog područja.

Physical and chemical parameters and algal growth potential (AGP) of Chlorella kessleri have been investigated at Kopački rit Nature Park and the River Danube from May to September 2012. Maximal water transparency was recorded in June at Lake Sakadaš, during the highest water level of the River Danube when more than 90% of Kopački rit was flooded. The highest concentrations of nutrients were recorded in water samples from the River Danube during the decreasing water level in August. According to the Regulation of water quality standards, Danube water quality was in very poor ecological condition. Results of algal growth potential test indicate that the trophic conditions at all sites were mostly mesotrophic (64%), mesoeutrophic (21%) and oligomesotrophic (12%), while near the bottom samples of Lake Sakdaš had poliytrophic conditions (July). In nutrient enrichment bioassay co-limitation by nitrogen and phosphorus was determined in majority of water samples. Slight increase in the intensity of N limitation and NP co-limitation was determined from the main flow of the River Danube towards the inland floodplains.
