Abstract
Cijanobakterija Cylindrospermopsis raciborskii (Woloszynska) Seenaya i Subba Raju je tropska toksična i invazivna vrsta koja se proširila u umjerena područja. Glavni cilj ovog rada bio je utvrditi utjecaj okolišnih čimbenika na vertikalnu distribuciju različitih morfoloških oblika C. raciborskii u razdoblju od srpnja do listopada 2011. godine u Sakadaškom jezeru (Park prirode Kopački rit). Početak razvoja C. raciborskii utvrđen je u kolovozu kada je zabilježen samo jedan morfološk ioblik, i to primarni filament (trihom zašiljen na oba kraja). U rujnu je utvrđen masovni razvoj ove vrste te je pored primarnog filamenta nađeno šest morfoloških oblika sekundarnog filamenta - trihom s jednom heterocitom, trihom s dvije heterocite,trihom s jednom heterocitom i jednom akinetom, trihom s dvije heterocite i dvije akinete, trihom s jednom heterocitom i dvije akinete te trihom s dvije heterocite i jednom akinetom. Morfološki oblici međusobno su se razlikovali prema veličini (dužini i širini) filamenta, te prema veličini akineta. Na temelju redundancijske analize, najznačajniji ekološki čimbenici koji su utjecali na razvoj i vertikalnu distribuciju C. raciborskii bili su viša temperatura vode i veća koncentracija nitrita.

Cyanobacterium Cylindrospermopsis raciborskii (Woloszynska) Seenaya et Subba Raju is tropical toxic species which has spread in temperate areas. The main objective of this research was to determine the impact of environmental factors on the vertical distribution of different morphological features C. raciborskii in the period from July to September 2011. in LakeSakadaš (Nature park Kopački rit). Start of th development of C. raciborskii was determined in August when it was only one morphological form - the primary filament (trichome with acuminate ends). In September, massive development of this species was determined. Together with the primary filament, there were found six morphological forms of secondary filaments - trichomes with one heterocyte, trichomes with two heterocytes, trichomes with one heterocyte and one akinete,trichomes with two heterocytes and two akinetes, trichomes with one heterocyte and two akinetes and trichomes with two heterocytes and one akinete. Morphological features differed among themselves, according to the size (length and width)filaments and the size akinetes. Based on the redundancy analysis, the most important environmental factors that influenced the development and vertical distribution of C. raciborskii were higher water temperatures and higher concentrations of nitrite.
