Abstract
Istraživanje mikrofitskih zajednica na umjetnim staklenim podlogama u poplavnom području Kopačkog rita provedeno je na tri mikrolokaliteta: Hulovskom kanalu, Kopačkom i Sakadaškom jezeru u jesen 2013. godine te u ljeto i proljeće 2014. godine. Mikrofiti u obraštaju razvijali su se u različitim sezonskim i hidrološkim uvjetima. U uvjetima plavljenja na prostorno udaljenim i s obzirom na hidromorfološka obilježja, različitim akvatičnim biotopima, razvile su se slične mikrofitske zajednice u kojima su dominirale cijanobakterije i dijatomeje klasificirane kao R-stratezi. Nakon poplava i tijekom hidrološke izoliranosti poplavnog područja od matične rijeke na razvoj mikrofitskih zajednica utjecale su specifičnosti pojedinog akvatičnog biotopa

Research of periphyton microphytic communities development on the artificial substrates in the Kopački Rit floodplain was done in autumn 2013, spring and summer 2014 on three microlocalities- Hulovo channel, Lake Kopačko and Lake Sakadaš. Microphytic commnities have developed in different seasonal and hydrological conditions. Very similar periphyton microphytic communties have developed in the conditions of flooding in spatially distant and hydromorphologicallly very different aquatic habitats in the floodplain. Dominant species belonged to the group of cyanobacteria and diatoms which are classified as R-strategists. After the floods and during hydrological isolation, site-specific variables of microlocalities had influence on periphyton microphytic communities development
