Abstract
Rast i sporulacija većine slovenskih hipovirulentnih izolata gljive C. parasitica uzgojenih in vitro nije se značajno razlikovala od virulentnih izolata bez virusa. Hipovirulentni izolati GS14, ZB18i B11 najsporije su rasli, dok je najmanji broj spora zabilježen u hipovirulentnih izolata K5, V63 teB69. Relativno mali broj spora imao je i izolat B11 koji bi se s obzirom na rezultate rasta i sporulacije mogao upotrijebiti za biološku kontrolu raka kore pitomog kestena. Izolati iz Francuske, Švicarske te Bosne i Hercegovine zaraženi virusom sporije su rasli i imali su manji broj spora od većine hipovirulentnih i svih virulentnih slovenskih izolata. Rast i sporulacija dvaju hrvatskih hipovirulentnih izolata gljive C. parasitica, nije se značajno razlikovala od većine slovenskih izolata.

Growth and sporulation of most Slovenian hypovirulent isolates of fungi C. parasitica in vitro was not significantly different from the virulent isolates without the virus. Hypovirulent isolatesGS14, ZB18 i B11 were the slowest growing , while the smallest number of spores was recorded in hypovirulent K5 isolates, V63 and B69. The relatively small number of spores had a strain B11, which considering the results of growth and sporulation could be used in biological control of chestnut blight.Reference isolates from France, Switzerland and Bosnia-Herzegovina infected with the virus grew slower and had fewer spores than most virulent hipovirulentnih and all Slovenian. Growth and sporulation of two Croatian hypovirulent C. parasitica isolates, was not significantly different from the majority of Slovenian isolates.
