Abstract
U vremenskom periodu od travnja do kolovoza 2012. godine provedeno je istraživanje faune vodenih stjenica (Heteroptera) i vodenih kornjaša (Coleoptera) na trajnim vodenim staništima šireg područja Parka prirode Kopački rit te poplavnom području Posebnog zoološkog rezervata. Korištene su dvije metode uzorkovanja, metoda aktivnog poteza mrežom i metoda klopka-boca s konzerviranom tunjevinom i mačjom hranom kao atraktantima. Nakon obrade 1036 uzorkovanih jedinki, utvrđeno je ukupno 56 vrsta, od kojih 14 pripada redu Heteroptera, a 42 redu Coleoptera. Najviše jedinki uzorkovano je metodom aktivnog poteza mrežom, ukupno 892 jedinke, od kojih je 837 uzorkovano na trajnim vodenim staništima, a 55 na poplavnom području. Metodom klopka-boca ukupno je uzorkovano 144 jedinke, 120 na trajnim vodenim staništima (89 tunjevina : 31 mačja hrana) i 24 na poplavnom području (23 tunjevina : 1 mačja hrana). Vrijednost Sörensonovog indeksa od 32,8% pokazuje malu sličnost faune uzorkovanih vrsta na trajnim vodenim staništima i poplavnom području.Utvrđeno je da je konzervirana tunjevina učinkovitiji atraktant nego mačja hrana te da je metoda klopka-boca visoko selektivna metoda za velike predatorske vrste Acilius sulcatus, Dytiscusdimidiatus, Dytiscus circumcintus te Cybister lateralimarginalis.

The research of aquatic bugs (Heteroptera) and aquatic beetles (Coleoptera) in permanent water habitats of wider area of Nature Park Kopački Rit and of the floodplain area in the Special Zoological Reserve was carried out during the period from April to August 2012. We used two different types of sampling methods, big net and botlle traps with atractants. After processing the sampled 1036 individuals, the data showed a total of 56 species, 14 from order Heteroptera and 42 from order Coleoptera. The most individuals are sampled with big net, 892 individuals, of which 837 is sampled on permanent water habitats, and 55 on floodplain area. With bottle trap method we sampled 144 individuals in total, of which 120 on permanent water habitats (89 tuna : 31 cat food), and 24 on floodplain area (23 tuna : 1 cat food). Value of Sörenson similarity index of 32,8% is showing low similarity between fauna on permanent water habitats and floodplain area. Bottle trap method with attractants is a highly-selective method for big predatory species Acilius sulcatus, Dytiscus dimidiatus,Dytiscus circumcintus te Cybister lateralimarginalis and canned tuna is more effective than cat food.
