Abstract
Poslovno komuniciranje smatra vrstom komunikacije koja se koristi za promicanje proizvoda i usluga te ima za cilj razmjenu svih potrebnih informacija s kupcima. Prema brojnim autorima poslovno komuniciranje realizira se kao unutar i izvan organizacije. Unutar organizacija odvija se proces u kojem sudjeluju svi djelatnici organizacije, dok se proces u kojem sudjeluju samo neki djelatnici odvija izvan organizacije. U kratkom vremenskom razdoblju poslovna komunikacija doživjela je promjene ponajviše primjenom elektronskih sredstava komunikacije koji su pojednostavili i ubrzali protok informacija. Početkom razvoja interneta, banke i financijske institucije su shvatile mogućnosti koje nude te uvele internetske aplikacije kao dodatni element ponude. Stoga, uvedeno je elektroničko bankarstvo (e-banking) čiji cilj je trajni odnos s klijentom, a pruža nove komunikacijske tehnologije koje su u velikoj mjeri utjecali na poslovnu komunikaciju. S obzirom na tradicionalno poslovanje banke, e-bankarstvo je puno dinamičnije i kompleksnije koje zahtjeva dodatne podatke dobivene iz interakcije s klijentima. Pruža povoljnije naknade za obavljanje usluga, brže i jednostavnije obavljanje transakcija te ekonomičniju i bržu komunikaciju.
Abstract (english)
Business Communication is considered the type of communication used to promote products and services, and aims to exchange all the necessary information with customers. According to numerous authors, business communication is realized both inside and outside the organization. Within the organization is a process involving all the employees of the organization, and the process involving only a few employees takes place outside the organization. In a short period of time, business communications have experienced changes mostly through the use of electronic means of communication that have simplified and accelerated the flow of information. At the beginning of Internet development, banks and financial institutions have realized the opportunities offered by these web applications as an additional element of the offer. Therefore, e-banking has been introduced, whose goal is to maintain a permanent relationship with the client and provide new communication technologies that have greatly influenced business communication. With regard to the traditional banking business, e-banking is much more dynamic and complex that requires additional information obtained from interaction with clients. Provides more convenient service fees, faster and simpler transactions, and more economical and faster communication.
