Abstract	U ovom radu prikazane su razvojne tendencije ICT-ja i njihov utjecaj u menadžmentu. Svijet oko nas se neprestano mijenja, zahvaljujući tehnološkom napretku. Napredak tehnologije je naravno zahvatio i poslovni svijet, te promijenio način na koji on funkcionira. U uvodnom dijelu rada objašnjeni su osnovni pojmovi vezani za ovu temu. Cilj ovog rada bio je prikazati i objasniti primjere nekoliko informacijskih i komunikacijskih tehnologija koje bi kroz narednih nekoliko godina mogle ostaviti svoj otisak i promijeniti način na koji funkcionira poslovni svijet menadžmenta. U glavnom dijelu rada govori se o tehnologijama koje imaju razvojni potencijal za primjenu u menadžmentu. Tehnologije koje su navedene u radu su Big Data analitika, Internet stvari, umjetna inteligencija i tehnologija računalstva u oblaku. Navedene tehnologije su još u procesu razvitka i pronalaženja efikasnih načina za njihovu implementaciju u menadžmentu. Njihova implementacija bi pomogla pri preciznijem i točnijem donošenju odluka, te boljem korištenju ljudskih resursa. Sve više organizacija shvaća potencijal koje navedene tehnologije nude i uključuje se u njihovo istraživanje i razvoj. Smatra se kako će te tehnologije gotovo zasigurno utjecati na dosadašnje funkcioniranje organizacija i samog procesa donošenja odluka.
Abstract (english)	In this thesis it will be shown what are the development tendencies of ICT and what impact will they have on management in the future. Because of technological advancements, the world around us is constantly changing. Constant technological advancements have of course, changed the way management decisions are made. The first part of this thesis is about some basic information about ICT and management. The premise of this paper was to show future ICT tendencies and their potential to change the way management works. The main part is about technologies that are being developed and how can they be applied to decision making. Technologies mentioned in this thesis are Big Data analytics, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence and cloud computing. Those technologies are still being developed, and scientists researching them are constantly trying to implement them in a more efficient way. Future implementation of those technologies in management would make decision making more precise. With implementation human resources could be used better. Every day more and more companies are starting their research and development programs, looking for a way to utilize the potential of emerging technologies. It is almost certain that in the near future, implementation of mentioned technologies will change the decision-making process of organizations around the world.
