Abstract
U završnom radu obrađuje se tematika elektroničke trgovine, a naglasak se stavlja na njezinu prisutnost u Republici Hrvatskoj. Elektronička trgovina odnosi se na kupovinu i prodaju proizvoda ili usluga uz pomoć digitalne tehnologije. Razvija se tolikom brzinom da se može reći kako je iz dana u dan sve pristupačnija korisnicima čiji broj također svakodnevno raste, a to je vidljivo i iz raznih istraživanja koja su provedena. Budući da prednosti u velikoj mjeri prednjače u usporedbi s nedostacima, ne čudi što se brojni trgovci, ali i potrošači okreću ka online trgovanju. U fokus rada stavljena su dva poslovna subjekta, Zara i H&M, koji prikazuju kako elektroničko poslovanje izgleda u praksi. Analiziraju se njihove glavne sastavnice, struktura internetske trgovine, elementi trgovanja i zadovoljstvo kupaca. Rad zaokružuje usporedba njihovog cjelokupnog poslovanja i posvećenost kupcima iz koje se može zaključiti kako je jedan poslovni subjekt predstavnik gotovo savršeno razrađene poslovne strategije, dok drugi u velikoj mjeri kaska i nalazi se pred izazovima.
Abstract (english)
The paper focuses on the topic of electronic commerce, with an emphasis on its presence in the Republic of Croatia. Electronic commerce refers to the purchase and sale of products or services with the help of digital technology. It develops so fast that it can be said that day by day is more accessible to users whose number also grows daily, and this is evident from various researches that have been carried out. Since the benefits largely outweigh the disadvantages, it is no surprise that many retailers, as well as consumers, turn to online trading. Two business entities, Zara and H&M, have been put into the focus of this work, showing how electronic business looks in practice. The paper analyzes their main components, the structure of Internet commerce, trading elements and customer satisfaction. Work completes comparison of their entire business and customer dedication, from which it can be concluded that one business entity represents a nearly perfect business strategy, while other is facing challenges.
