There are several ways to connect and communicate with employees within the business entity via the intranet, communication of the business entity with its customers via the Internet and communication with the modern environment outside the business entity, for example with banks via extranet. Modern today does not survive without advanced technology that is increasingly entering the business and private spheres of every human being. It has "captured" the human population to the extent that at least one device of advanced technology is at hand to man inside and outside the space in which he works or lives. People today do not function without their additional "assistant" who becomes their new friend, helper, reminder, organizer, entertainer and everything that a person needs at some point. Today we can often hear the term "addiction of the new age" with which the latest generations affected by modern technology and the Internet are identified, which from the beginning of their application directs them to different conditions of today's market presence, communication between people, connections with the rest of the world, learning, work and culture. The presence of advanced technology in everyday life and the business environment provides significant benefits of saving time and costs, but also space. The benefits are visible in almost all spheres of today's society. Everything is accessible and transparent, paperwork is superfluous, and the application of electronic business methods enables a new, higher quality dimension of business. However, the digital transformation has also affected those bad things that are visible in the business and private environment. Information and knowledge that constitute intellectual capital are not "tangible" or physically present, as is physical capital, which includes equipment and raw materials for the production of products and services. For this reason, it is often difficult to determine its economic and financial value. Advanced technology has advanced with tremendous growth and provided a multitude of mitigating circumstances to people that quickly "spoiled" them and made them lazy in terms of ways of informing, learning,4 researching, communicating. Everything is available with one click, where information can often be unreliable or inaccurate. Errors occur, and there are dangers of manipulation in the system by a third party. The main drivers of the gathering are social networks, which influence the alienation of people and even encourage conflict, misunderstanding or verbal violence. Those younger populations, even if not on social networks, are in the world of online games and communication with often strangers, which also pose a danger and create a risk of access to and manipulation of private data.
