Abstract
S obzirom na to da se svijet u kojem živimo drastično mijenja u odnosu na prilike koje imamo kao pojedinci, prvenstveno misleći na dostupno nam obrazovanje, poslodavcima je sve teže procijeniti koji je kandidat najsposobniji za posao koji nude. Većina današnjih kandidata ima potrebne kvalifikacije, kao što je potrebna diploma, odnosno zadovoljavajuće napisan životopis. Napretkom i promjenama u svijetu, mijenja se i način odabira odgovarajućeg zaposlenika. Razvojem psihologije i spoznaja o važnosti osobina ličnosti, razvijaju se i prvi testovi u selekciji zaposlenika. U ovome će radu biti opisani navedeni testovi, kao i njihove karakteristike, te funkcionalnost.
Abstract (english)
Considering the fact that the world we live in is drastically changing, especially concerning the opporunities in education of an individual, it seems that it became harder for the employer to conclude which candidate is fittest for the job. Most of todays candidate are equiped with proper qualifications, such as a degree in certain field, well written curriculum vitae, to name a few. By moving forward, with the changes in the world of business, comes a change in choosing the right employe. Psychology and testing ones personality traits comes into the spotlight, helping in development of the first formal test in the selection of employes. Here those test will be described, as well as their characteristics and functionality.
