Abstract
Predmet ovog diplomskog rada je upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima i utjecaj motivacije na zaposlenike. U teorijskom dijelu bit će obrađene teorije upravljanja motivacijom i razlozi pisanja rada, dok će osječka tvrtka Ofir d.o.o biti predmet praktičnog dijela rada. U teorijskom dijelu rada obašnjen je i pojam menadžment ljudskih potencijala, povijesni razvoj te je istaknut ljudski faktor kao najvažniji resurs u poduzeću, kao i motivacija zaposlenika i odnos menadžera prema zaposlenicima. U praktičnom dijelu prikazana je organizacijska struktura poduzeća, profil tvrtke te načini motiviranja zaposlenika u tom poduzeću. Gospodin Milan Puvača je odgovorio na ključna pitanja vezana za upravljanje ljudskim resursima u svom poduzeću te izdvojio tehnike motivacije koje primjenjuje kod svojih zaposlenika kao i način na koji prati njihovu učinkovitost. Svrha ovog diplomskog rada je istražiti na koje načine se motiviraju zaposlenici te kako su za uspješno poduzeće ključni ljudski potencijali i sposobnost tvrtke da privuče i zadrži dobru radnu snagu.

Parallel abstract (English)
The topic of this diploma paper is managing of human potential and the influence it has on motivation of employees. The theoretical part of this paper is dealing with the theories of managing motivation, while the Osijek's company Ofir d.o.o. is the subject of the practical part of this diploma paper. The theoretical part of this paper explains the term management of human potential, historical development and emphasizes the human factor as the most important resource of the company as well as motivation of employees and the relationship the manager has towards his/her employees. The practical part of the paper shows the organizational structure of the company, company's profile and the ways of motivating employees in this firm. Mr. Milan Puvača answered key questions related to human resources management in company and singled motivation techniques applied by its people as well as the way in which monitoring their effectiveness. The aim of this diploma paper is to explore the ways of motivating employees and to state that the key factors for a successful company are human potentials, and the ability of the company to attract and keep good workforce.
