Abstract
Upravljanje projektom je planiranje, organizacija i implementacija projekta kako bi se postigli određeni ciljevi. Projekt je posao koji poduzeće jednokratno obavi kako bi se proizveo jedinstven proizvod ili usluga. Provodi se prema potrebi i jedinstven je. Ima točno određen vremenski rok i budžet. Poduzeća koja dobro i učinkovito upravljaju svojim projektima se neprestano osuvremenjavaju, bolje i brže rade. Svatko tko sudjeluje u radu na projektu ima koristi od toga. Svaki projekt je jedinstven i u cilju mu je postići određenu kakvoću. Iz toga razloga, prepuni su izazova. Bez uspješnog voditelja, nema uspješnog projekta. Svaki uspješni voditelj posjeduje tri osobine. Razlozi za neuspjeh projekata su najčešće ljudi, nepoštivanje rokova, budžeta, krivo predvođenje tima, loše delegiranje, loša procjena rizika. Upravljanje rizicima je okosnica upravljanja projekta. Na kraju je cilj svakog voditelja projekta da projekt zaključi na ispravan i uspješan način. Rad će prikazati kako se upravlja projektima na primjeru agencije Adverta i koliko su projekti važni za konkurentnost i širenje na tržištu.

Project management is the planning, organization and implementation of the project in order to achieve certain goals. The project is the work that the company performed one-time to produce a unique product or service. It is carried out as necessary and it is unique. It has a precisely defined time frame and budget. Companies that well and effectively manage their projects are upgraded continuously, and they work better and faster. Anyone who participates in the work on the project has benefits from it. Each project is unique and the purpose of it is to achieve a certain quality. For this reason, projects are full of challenges. Without a successful leader, there is no a successful project. Every successful leader has three characteristics. The reasons for the failure of projects are most often people, failure to comply for deadlines, budgets, guiding the wrong team, wrong delegation, poor risk assessment. Risk management is the backbone of project management. In the end, the goal of any project is to be completed in a correct and efficient manner. The paper will show how to manage projects in the case of agency Adverta and how projects are important for the competitiveness and expansion on the market.
