Abstract
Mala i srednja poduzeća predstavljaju pokretač gospodarstva kako u svijetu, tako i u Republici Hrvatskoj. Upravo zbog toga svaka država treba značajno poticati malo i srednje poduzetništvo. Naime, mala i srednja poduzeća se razlikuju ovisno o broju zaposlenih, godišnjem prometu te veličini aktive, odnosno dugotrajne imovine. Ovi oblici poduzeća su znatno jednostavniji u odnosu na velika poduzeća, što im daje i mnoge prednosti. Unatoč mnogim prednostima, postoje različiti ograničavajući faktori za razvoj malog i srednjeg poduzetništva. Kako bi se analiziralo stanje sektora malih i srednjih poduzeća u Republici Hrvatskoj napravila se analiza broja malih i srednjih poduzeća, njihove produktivnosti te analiza obrtništva i zadrugarstva. Analiza se izradila na temelju sekundarnih izvora podataka i to u razdoblju od 2010. do 2014. godine. Međutim, tema diplomskog rada je konzultantstvo za mala i srednja poduzeća. Konzultantstvo predstavlja savjetodavne usluge vezane uz poslovanje malih i srednjih poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
Small and medium-sized enterprises are seen as drivers of the economy throughout the world as well as in Croatia. Therefore, each country should significantly encourage small and medium-sized enterprises. In fact, small and medium-sized enterprises vary depending on the number of employees, overall turnout and total asset size, specifically, fixed assets. These types of enterprises are far simpler as opposed to big enterprises, which provides them with many advantages. In spite of the multiple advantages, there are various factors which restricts the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. In order to analyse the balance sheet of small and medium-sized enterprises in Croatia, an analysis was done on the number of small and medium-sized enterprises, their overall productivity, as well as crafts and cooperatives. The analysis was constructed on the basis of secondary source data from 2010 to 2014. However, the topic of this master’s thesis is consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises. Consulting represents advisory services which are related to the business activities of small and medium-sized enterprises.
