Abstract
Poslovna komunikacija je sporazumijevanje između strana oko određenih poslovnih transakcija ili sporazuma oko poslovnog pothvata. Ona također obuhvaća i komunikaciju između prodavača i kupca. Inače obuhvaća usmenu komunikaciju kao primjerice sastanak ili u obliku poslovne korespondencije preko pisma. Kako je tehnologija napredovala tako se i način poslovnog komuniciranja razvio u brže i jeftinije načine. Preko telefona se premostila daljina koje je sprječavala održavanje sastanka, intranetom se učvrstila i ubrzala komunikacija i radna sposobnost u poduzeću. Danas se preko E-mail i Interneta dolazi u kontakt sa bilo kojim poslovnim partnerom, prodavačem i kupcem u svijetu bez ikakvih vremenskih ograničenja. Na web stranicama raznih poduzeća potencijalnim klijentima nude se sve potrebne informacije koje ih zanimaju i čak mogu direktno od njih naručivati proizvode koje žele uz neke njihove posebne želje. Pojavom društvenih mreža poduzećima se otvara mogućnost da direktno stupe u kontakt sa svojim potrošačima i lakše dobivaju povratne informacije o zadovoljstvu, primjedbama i upitima do kojih bi inače mnogo teže dolazili kod usmene i pismene komunikacije. Preko njih lakše razglašavaju svoje proizvode i sebe i šire glas preko korisnika koji dijele sa drugima po principu od usta do usta. Ipak u elektroničkom obliku postoje opasnosti od kojih se treba čuvati kao što su hakeri,virusi i slično. Za njih postoje programi i načini da se suzbijaju i zakonima je reguliran digitalni prostor kao i način potvrde identiteta u istom radi njegove legitimnosti.
Abstract (english)
Business communication is an agreement between the parties about certain business transactions or agreements about a business venture. It also includes communication between the seller and the buyer. Usually it includes oral interaction as a meeting or business correspondence over a letter. As the technology progressed, the way of business communication was developed in faster and cheaper ways. Over the phone the distance that prevented the meeting from happening was bridged, the intranet strengthened and accelerated communications and the work ability in the company. Today one can, via e-mail and the Internet, come into contact with any business partner, seller and customer in the world without any time constraints. On the websites of various companies, potential customers are offered all the information they need and they can even directly order products they want with their particular desires. With the emergence of social media networks, businesses are able to reach out to their consumers directly and get feedback on satisfaction, remarks and queries that would otherwise be much more difficult to obtain through oral and written communication. Through them, they promote their products and themselves and spread their voice over the users who share them with the mouth-to-mouth principle. Yet in electronic form there are dangers to be kept, such as hackers, viruses, and the like. For them there are programs and ways to suppress and regulate the digital space as well as the way of authenticating identity in the same for its legitimacy.
