Abstract
Tema rada je logistika nabave te će se u radu istraživati povezanost optimizacije dijelova logistike nabave s rezultatom smanjenja cijene finalnog proizvoda. Logistika nabave obuhvaća tok materijala i nabavljenih dijelova od dobavljača pa do pripreme za proizvodnju, te kao takva kreće od istraživanja tržišta. Također se sastoji od odluke poduzeća na kupovinu ili proizvodnju dijelova proizvoda, izbor dobavljača, puteve nabave, nabava s jednog ili više izvora, nabava na lokalnom ili globalnom tržištu te sustave nabavljanja. Kroz praktični rad je demonstriran svaki od dijelova logistike nabave te na koji način je poduzeće, Pitaya solutions, snizilo cijenu finalnog proizvoda.
Abstract (english)
Topic of the final paper is logistics procurement and it will be researching the connection between optimizing the parts of logistics procurements and lowering the price of the final product. Logistics procurement fallows the flow of parts and materials from suppliers to the production and it all starts with market research. Also it consists of make or buy decision, choice of suppliers, procurement ways, procurement from one or multiple sources, local or global procurement and systems of procurement. Through practical part of final paper the hipoteses is proven through example of small company, Pitaya solutiona. The company had lowered the price of their final product through optimization of logistics procurement.
