Abstract | E-marketing predstavlja internet oglašavanje proizvoda i usluga putem interneta. U odnosu na konvencionalne oblike oglašavanja, internet oglašavanje ima nekoliko prednosti, od kojih je najznačajnija daleko niža cijena, a potom mogućnost preciznog ciljanja željenih skupina te lako mjerljiv povrat na investiciju. S obzirom na činjenicu da sve veći broj ljudi koristi internet, jasno je da e-poslovanje predstavlja nužan preduvjet uspješnog poslovanja u današnjem svijetu. Na bankarski sektor, informatička tehnologija je imala iznimno jak utjecaj i olakšala poslovanje te smanjila troškove istih. Marketing, kao glavni pokretač razvoja i poslovanja iz godine u godinu se razvija i širi, a banke u Hrvatskoj, kako bi bile uz bok s vodećim europskim bankama, svoje poslovanje su usmjerile e-marketingu. U radu je analizirana usvojenost i implementacija e-marketinga u bankarstvu budući da su banke kao financijske institucije primjer pružanja najšireg oblika financijskih usluga. Također, prikazano je na koji način jedna od najvećih banaka u Hrvatskoj koristi internet u oglašavanju svojih proizvoda i usluga te se došlo do zaključka da Privredna banka Zagreb daje visoki stupanj pozornosti e-marketingu koji se u današnjem uspješnom poslovanju ne može zanemariti, pa se sa sigurnošću može reći da je e-marketing u analiziranoj banci implementiran. |

Parallel abstract (English) | E-marketing is the Internet advertising of products and services over the internet. Compared to conventional forms of advertising, internet advertising has several advantages, the most significant being the far lower price, and then the possibility of precise targeting of the desired groups and a measurable return on investment. Given the increasing number of people using the Internet, it is clear that e-business is a necessary prerequisite for successful business in today's world. In the banking sector, IT technology had a tremendous impact and facilitated business operations and reduced costs. Marketing, as the main driver of development and business, is expanding and expanding year on year, and banks in Croatia have been focusing on e-marketers alongside leading European banks. This paper analyzes the adoption and implementation of e-marketing in banking, as banks as financial institutions are examples of providing the widest form of financial services. Also, it shows how one of the largest banks in Croatia uses the internet in advertising their products and services and has come to the conclusion that Privredna banka Zagreb is giving a high level of attention to e-marketing, which can not be ignored in today's successful business. it can be said with certainty that e-marketing has been implemented in the analyzed bank. |
