Abstract
U ovom radu obrađena je tema obiteljskog poljoprivrednog gospodarstva. Objašnjeno je koje mogućnosti pruža obiteljsko poljoprivredno gospodarstvo, što je sve potrebno od dokumentacije i resursa kako bi se uopće mogao pokrenuti poslovni pothvat te koje su mogućnosti ulaganja i što sve donosi isto. U brojnim mogućnostima pružanja usluga obiteljskog poljoprivrednog gospodarstva, istaknula bih još bogatu ponudu naše Slavonije i Baranje koja brojnim poteškoćama i dan danas živi i uz svoje mogućnosti pruža izuzetno bogati mir i odmor za dušu. Uz brojna autohtona jela koja donose naša obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva, treba istaknuti također vinarije u Branji i njihovu ponudu vrhunskih vina koja se mogu degustirati. Problematika obiteljskog poljoprivrednog gospodarstva razmatrana je u okviru četiri poglavlja rada. U uvodnom poglavlju su definirani predmet rada, ciljevi rada te je dan sadržaj rada. U drugom poglavlju je obrađena metodologija rada koja je obuhvatila definiranje metoda rada i izvora korištenih u obradi problematike rad. O obiteljskim poljoprivrednim gospodarstvima je bilo govora u trećem poglavlju rada pri čemu su iznesene teorijske odrednice obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstava. Obrađen je i dio povijesnog razvoja obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstava u Republici Hrvatskoj te na samom kraju ovog rada u četvrtom poglavlju dan je zaključak.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with the theme of the family farm economy. It explains the opportunities provided by the family farm, which requires all documentation and resources to be able to initiate a business venture and what are the investment opportunities and what it does. In numerous possibilities of providing family farm services, I would like to emphasize the rich offer of our Slavonia and Baranja, which with many difficulties today and with its possibilities offers extremely rich peace and relaxation for the soul. Apart from the numerous autochthonous dishes brought by our family farms, we also have to mention the winery in Baranja and their offer of top quality wines that can be tasted. The problems of the family farm have been discussed within four chapters. The introductory chapter defines the subject matter, the objectives of the work and the content of the work. In the second chapter, a methodology of work was elaborated, which included defining the methods of work and resources used in dealing with work issues. The family farms were mentioned in the third chapter of the paper, and theoretical determinants of family farms were presented. Part of the historical development of family farms in the Republic of Croatia was also elaborated, and at the very end of this paper, chapter 4 is a conclusion.
