Abstract
Ovisno o fazi životnog ciklusa u kojem se poduzeće nalazi, moguće je koristiti različite oblike financiranja. U ovom radu se naglašavaju prednosti i nedostatci određenih oblika financiranja. Rad se sastoji od teorijskog dijela i primjera iz prakse. U teorijskom dijelu opisani su oblici financiranja koje start-up poduzeće može koristiti da bi konkuriralo na tržištu. Radi se o tradicionalnim i suvremenim oblicima financiranja. Pobliže će biti opisani neki tradicionalni i neki suvremeni oblici, te njihove prednosti i mane. Primjer iz prakse biti će razgovor sa osnivačem obrta „Tapetarija Franjić“ koji će opisati kako je, i pomoću kojih oblika financiranja, otvorio vlastiti obrt. U uvodu će biti objašnjeno o kojim oblicima financiranja će se govoriti, i na koji način je proveden razgovor sa osobom koja je osnovala obrt.
Abstract (english)
Depending on the life cycle of the company, it is possible to use various forms of financing. This final paper emphasizes the advantages and disadvantages of certain forms of financing.. The work consists of a theoretical part and examples from practice. Theoretical part describes the forms of financing that a start-up company can use to compete in the market. It's about traditional and contemporary forms of financing. Some traditional and some modern forms, their advantages and disadvantages will be described more closely. An example from the practice will be the conversation with the founder of the "Tapetarija Franjić" craftsmen who will describe how and by what forms of financing he opened his own crafts. The introduction will explain what forms of financing will be discussed, and how the conversation with the person who founded the craft was done.
