Abstract
U Republici Hrvatskoj je zelena ekonomija novi koncept koji zahtijeva precizno promatranje. Koristi se kako bi se osvijestio potencijal Hrvatske te uključuje dionike iz različitih sektora i na razliĉitim razinama: međunarodnoj, nacionalnoj, lokalnoj i regionalnoj. Zelenom ekonomijom se naglašava važnost ĉinjenice kako realizacija promatranog koncepta zahtijeva mobilizaciju resursa koji se ne događa po tržišnom automatizmu, već zahtijeva određivanje ciljeva koje zajednica želi postići. Predmet istraživanja ovog rada su poduzetniĉke mogućnosti u zelenoj ekonomiji. Pokušati će se provesti komparativna analiza poduzetničkih mogućnosti u Republici Hrvatskoj i u Europskoj uniji. Komparativna analiza služi kako bi se prikazao primarni cilj ovog istraživanja. Primarni cilj je prikazati važnost stvaranja novih poduzetniĉkih mogućnosti u zelenoj ekonomiji. Zelena ekonomija je trend koji je potrebno pratiti kako bi se razvijalo gospodarstvo. Republika Hrvatska se treba usmjeriti na veće planiranje energetske potrošnje i recikliranje iskorištenog materijala. Povoljan razvoj poduzetniĉke mogućnosti Republici Hrvatskoj omogućavaju geopolitiĉki položaj i prostorne prednosti te klimatske promjene. U Europskoj uniji politika zelene ekonomije je već odavno prisutna. Poduzetničke mogućnosti su iskorištene u svim sferama energetske politike: energiji, emisiji stakleničkih plinova, kvaliteti zraka, otpadu, vodi, održivoj potrošnji i proizvodnji, kemikalijama i biološkim raznolikostima.

In Croatia, the green economy is a new concept that requires precision of observation. It is used to be aware of the potential and includes stakeholders from different sectors and at different levels: international, national, local and regional. Green economy highlights the importance of the fact that observed realization of the concept requires the mobilization of resources which are not going after the market automatically, but requires setting goals that the community wants to achieve. The subject of this study are entrepreneurial opportunities in the green economy. Try to be carried out a comparative analysis of business opportunities in Croatia and EU. Comparative analysis is used to display the primary aim of this research. The primary aim is to demonstrate the importance of creating new business opportunities in the green economy. Green economy is a trend that needs to be followed in order to develop the economy. Croatia should focus on greater planning of energy consumption and recycling of used materials. Favorable development of business opportunities Croatia enable geopolitical position, spatial advantages and climate change. In EU policy of green economy is present long ago. Entrepreneurial opportunities are used in all aspects of energy policy: energy, greenhouse gas emissions, air quality, waste, water, sustainable consumption and production, chemicals and biological diversity.
