Abstract	U današnje vrijeme pregovaranje je od velikog značaja kao u poslovnom svijetu tako i u privatnom svijetu. Ovaj rad proučava elemente poslovnog pregovaranja kao jedno od ključnih poslovnih procesa. Kako već znamo u pregovaranju je krajnji rezultat manje predvidljiv ali uz poznavanje druge strane sa kojom pregovaramo to može biti i drugačije. U modernom poslovnom svijetu, pregovarači se služe različitim metodama i strategijama kako bi njihovo pregovaranje bilo što uspješnije i kako bi došli do željenog cilja. Završni rad je napisan da ukaže na mogućnosti koje se pojavljuju u poslovnom pregovaranju. Pitanje na koje ću odgovoriti na kraju je dali se dobar pregovarač rađa ili se on stvara vježbom i usavršavanjem.
Abstract (english)	Bargaining today is of great importance both in the business world and in the private world. This paper reviews business negotiation elements as one of the key business processes. As we already know in negotiation, the end result is less predictable, but with the knowledge of the other party we negotiate it may be different. In a modern business world, negotiators are using different methods and strategies to make their bargaining more successful and to achieve the desired goal. The final paper is written to point to the opportunities that appear in business bargaining. The question I'm going to answer in the end is whether a good negotiator is born or he is being created by training and training.
