Abstract
Završnim radom definira se pojam obiteljskog poduzeća te karakteristike njegova poslovanja. Obitelj je zajednica Ijudi koju povezuju osjećaji, briga i pripadnost prema svojim članovima. Da bi se uspješno razvilo poduzetništvo vrlo važnu ulogu ima obitelj. Obiteljsko poduzeće je ono poduzeće koje broji najmanje dva člana. Ono predstavlja velik potencijal za rast i razvoj ekonomije. U obiteljskim poduzećima veliku ulogu zauzima proces nasljeđivanja poslovanja. Obiteljsko poduzetništvo ima mogućnost povećati zaposlenost. Cilj svakog obiteljskog poduzeća je proširiti poslovanje na globalno i svjetsko tržište.
Abstract (english)
The final paper defines the concept of a family business and the characteristics of its business. Family is a community of people who are connected by feelings, care and belonging to their members. In order to successfully develop entrepreneurship, family plays a very important role. A family business is one that has at least two members. It represents great potential for economic growth and development. In family businesses, the process of business succession plays a large role. Family entrepreneurship has the potential to increase employment. The goal of each family-owned business is to expand the business to a global and global market.
