Abstract
Komunikacija kao dio kulture bila je predmetom izrade ovog rada. Pozornost je bila usmjerena pozicioniranosti kulture u suvremenim uvjetima, komunikaciji kao temelju razvoja kulture kao i interkulturalnom komuniciranju. Komunikativnost se smatra osnovom razvoja kulture od kada je svijeta i vijeka. Ona je osnovom razvoja ljudske civilizacije. Kultura predstavlja zajednički skup ponašanja pripadnika određenog društva. Ona se uči, temeljena je na simbolima i integrirana je u društvo. Kultura ima poglavito značajnu ulogu u suvremenim uvjetima poslovanja jer nosi obilježja globalizma. Živeći i poslujući u suvremenom dobu, sve je veći broj onih koji se susreću s pojmom interkulturalne komunikacije. Interkulturalna komunikacija predstavlja uspostavljanje interakcija i komunikacija s osobama iz drugih kultura te uključuje verbalnu i neverbalnu komunikaciju. Interkulturalna komunikacija značajna je jer je usmjerena izbjegavanju nasilja izmirivanjem postojećih i nastalih razlika i razmirica između različitih kultura što interkulturalnom dijalogu daje potpuno novo svijetlo te se isto percipira kao korak prema miru, izabran kao središnja vrijednost usmjerena kolektivnoj strategiji opstanka u suvremenom dobu.

Communication as part of the culture has been the subject of this paper. Attention was focused positioning of culture in modern conditions, communication as the basis of the development of culture and intercultural communication. Communicative be considered as a basis for developing a culture since the world began. It is the base of development of human civilization. Culture represents a common set of behaviors of members of a society. It is learned, based on the symbols and integrated into society. Culture plays a particularly important role in modern business as it bears the features of globalization. Living and doing business in the modern age, there is an increasing number of those who are faced with the notion of intercultural communication. Intercultural communication represents an establish interaction and communication with people from other cultures and includes verbal and nonverbal communication. Intercultural communication is important because it focuses avoiding violence and settlement of existing differences and disputes arising between different cultures as Intercultural Dialogue gives a whole new light, and may be perceived as a step towards peace, chosen as the central value oriented collective strategy for survival in the modern age.
