Abstract
Elektronička trgovina predstavlja dio e-poslovanja koji se odnosi na kupovinu i prodaju roba, usluga i informacija putem interneta. Iako postoje mnogobrojne definicije, najsmislenijom definicijom e-trgovine smatra se ona definicija koja ju opisuje kao proces održavanja poslovnih veza putem računala, odnosno proces prodaje informacija, proizvoda, kao i usluga, koristeći pri tome računalne telekomunikacijske mreže. Ovakav oblik trgovanja postoji još od sredine 20. stoljeća, iako se trendovi u implementaciji ovakvog trgovanja neprestano mijenjaju. Razlog tomu je sve veća digitalna pismenost ljudi, kao i ubrzani razvoj tehnologije. Rad sadrži temeljne sastavnice e-trgovine koje se odnose na povijest i nastanak e-trgovine, provedbu rješenja e trgovine te analizu korištenja e-trgovine od strane stanovništva RH, ali i čitavog svijeta. Posljednji dio rada odnosi se na predstavljanje poslovanja kompanije Amazon te navođenja korisnih savjeta za unapređenje elektroničkog trgovanja.
Abstract (english)
E-commerce represents a part of e-business that is related to buying and selling goods, services and information over the Internet. Although there are many definitions, the most meaningful definition of e-commerce is the definition that describes it as the process of maintaining business connections via computers and the process of selling information, products and services using computer telecommunication networks. This form of trading exists since the mid-20th century, although trends in the implementation of such trading are constantly changing. The main reason for that is the increasing digital literacy of people as well as the accelerated development of technology. The paper contains the basic components of e commerce related to the history and emergence of e-commerce, the implementation of e commerce solutions, and the analysis of e-commerce use by the population of the Republic of Croatia as well as the whole world. The last part of the paper is about presenting Amazon's business and providing helpful tips for improving e-commerce.
