Abstract
Komunikacija je proces u kojem između sudionika komunikacije dolazi do razmjene informacija, ali ne samo informacija, već i ideja i osjećaja, bilo da se radi o govoru, pisanim ili vizualnim putem, simbolima, tablicama, grafikonima, slikama, pokretima tijela i drugo. U svojoj osnovi komunikacija predstavlja proces u kojem se prenose različite poruke između ljudi. Najčešća podjela komunikacije je prema kriteriju načina komuniciranja, pa prema tome postoji verbalna i neverbalna komunikacija. Komunikacija koja se ostvaruje govorom, slušanjem i pisanjem naziva se verbalnom komunikacijom. Komunikacija koja se ostvaruje putem izraza lica, glasa, gesta tijela i dodira naziva se neverbalnom komunikacijom. Poslovnom komunikacijom naziva se komunikacija koja se upotrebljava unutar poduzeća i kao takva pogodna je za promicanje poduzeća, ali ne samo poduzeća, već i proizvoda i usluga. Poslovna komunikacija je pod utjecajem procesa globalizacije doživjela brojne promjene. Primjerice, primjena elektronskih sredstava djelovala je na bržu razmjenu informacija, a primjenom sve suvremenijih software-a ostvarena je mogućnost da se prilikom pisanja provjeri pravopis i slično. Proces globalizacije ima veliki utjecaj na poslovnu komunikaciju gdje se događaju brojne inovacije. Jedna od novina je potreba da se komunicira sa poslovnim partnerima i klijentima koji su izvan vlastite države.

Communication is a process in which communication between the participants an exchange of information, not only information, but also of ideas and feelings, whether it be on a speech, written or visual means, symbols, tables, graphs images, body movements and more. In essence, communication is a process in which different messages are transmitted between humans. The most common division of communication, according to the criterion of the mode of communication, and therefore there is verbal and nonverbal communication. Communication which is realized by speech, listening and writing is called verbal communication. Communication which is realized through facial expressions, voice, gesture and body contact is called a non-verbal communication. Business communication is called the communication that is used within the company and as such is suitable for promotion of companies, but not only companies, but also products and services. Business communication is affected by the process of globalization has experienced many changes. For example, the use of electronic means is operated at a faster exchange of information, and the application of more modern software has made it possible to check the spelling when writing and the like. The process of globalization has a major impact on business communications where the event numerous innovations. One of the innovations is the need to communicate with business partners and customers who are outside their own country.
