Abstract
U ovom završnom radu analizira se ponuda gotovinskih kredita u tri hrvatske banke: Erste & Steiermaerksiche bank d.d., Raiffeisen Austria d.d. i Addiko Bank d.d. Rad se sastoji od teorijskog i empirijskog dijela. Teorijski dio započinje općim informacijama o bankarstvu, a zatim slijedi podjela bankarskih poslova prema bilančno - analitičkom kriteriju kako bi se utvrdilo kojoj skupini bankarskih poslova pripada kreditiranje. Kako bi se došlo do empirijskog dijela u kojem se analizira ponuda gotovinskih kredita navedenih banaka, prvo je potrebno objasniti mnoge pojmove kako bi analiza bila jasna i razumljiva. Pod te pojmove podrazumijeva se pojam kredita, kamate, kreditne sposobnosti, aktivne i pasivne kamatne stope. U empirijskom dijelu, komparativnom analizom ponude gotovinskih kredita uspoređuje se visina kredita, naknada za obradu kredita, rok otplate kredita, visina nominalne i efektivne kamatne stope te elementi osiguranja. U radu se analiziraju i uspoređuju ponude gotovinskih kredita u navedenim bankama, a zatim se utvrđuju razlike u ponudi.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper you will find an analysis of cash loan offers in three selected Croatian banks: Erste & Steiermaerksiche bank d.d., Raiffeisen Austria d.d. i Addiko Bank d.d. The final work consist of a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part begins with general information about banking and continues with the division of banking operations according to the balance-analytical criterium. That determines which group of banking operations the lending belongs to. This is followed by an empirical part in which comes the analysis of cash loan offers by the previous mentioned banks. Firstly, some terms need to be explained in order for the analysis to be clear and understandable. By some terms we mean the concept of loan, interest, creditworthiness and lending and deposit interest rates. A comparative analyses of cash loan offers will show loan amount, loan processing fees, loan repayment period, the amount of the normal and effective interest rate and insurance elements of each bank offer. Each offer is different, so when choosing one we should look at which bank offers the most favorable terms.
