Abstract
Komunikacija danas u svojoj osnovnoj srži podrazumijeva razmjenu informacija, osjećaja i ideja na prilagođeni način u ovisnosti od situacije do situacije. Komunikacija se promatra kao proces u kojoj jedna osoba prenosi poruku drugoj, točnije rečeno u komunikacijskom procesu sudjeluju primatelj i pošiljatelj. Riječ je o sustavu koji je prilično kompleksan proces najvećim dijelom zbog protoka informacija. Izraz koji ima vrlo široku primjenu u svakodnevnom životu i poslu je odnos s javnošću. Osim ovog pojma u stručnoj literaturu je popularan engleski izraz public relations ili skraćeno PR. Zapravo radi se o obliku komuniciranja koji ima određene posebnosti. Primjenom odnosa s javnošću želi se uvjeriti javnost da svoje prvotne stavove promijeni. Cilj odnosa s javnošću je uspostavljanje dijaloga primjenom odgovarajućih mišljenja koji će u konačnici dovesti do uspjeha. U diplomskom radu se analiziraju odnosi s javnošću s položaja političkih stranaka i daje analiza njihovih web mjesta kao i prisutnost odabranih 5 političkih stranaka na društvenim mrežama.

Communication today in its basic essence involves the exchange of information, feelings and ideas in a customized way depending on situation. Communication is seen as a process in which one person transfers the message to another, or rather in the communication process involved recipient and sender. It is a system that is quite a complex process largely due to the flow of information. The term which is widely applied in everyday life and work is the public relationship. In addition to this concept in the scientific literature is a popular English term public relations, or PR for short. Actually it's a form of communication that has certain peculiarities. Applying public relations wants to convince the public that their original views change. The goal of public relations is to establish a dialogue using the appropriate opinions which will ultimately lead to success. The thesis analyzes the public relations from a position of political parties and an analysis of their web sites as well as the presence of selected five political parties on social networks.
