Abstract
U današnjem poslovnom svijetu postoji velika konkurencija među organizacijama i one se žele istaknuti, zadržati svoje postojeće kupce i privući nove. Upravo zbog toga je poželjno da organizacija vodi brigu oko kvalitete svojih proizvoda i usluga. Kupci cijene kvalitetu i pisane dokaze da ona postoji, stoga organizacije uvode prepoznatljive standarde kvalitete kao što su ISO standardi. Najpoznatija norma za upravljanje kvalitetom je ISO 9001. Norma ISO 9001:2008 je međunarodna norma koja se odnosi na upravljanje kvalitetom. Primjenjiva je na sve organizacije, neovisno o vrsti djelatnosti i veličini same organizacije. Ona posebno navodi zahtjeve za upravljanja kvalitetom u kojima organizacija treba pokazati svoju sposobnost da dosljedno realizira proizvode koji zadovoljavaju zahtjeve kupca i ima za cilj povećati zadovoljstvo kupca pravilnom primjenom sustava. Uključuje procese za neprekidno poboljšanje sustava i osiguranje suglasnosti sa zahtjevima kupaca, te važećim zakonskim zahtjevima. Pisani dokaz da organizacija posjeduje normu ISO je certifikat koji kupci znaju tražiti na uvid kako bi bili sigurni da proizvodi zadovoljavaju određene zahtjeve. Osim certifikata svaka organizacija mora imati i Poslovnik kvalitete koji bi trebao biti javno objavljen. On služi za bolje razumijevanje samog procesa organizacije i dobivanje informacija tko je za što zadužen u organizaciji. U radu se istražuju ISO norme i njezina primjena u poduzeću Harburg – Freudenberger Belišće d.o.o.. Veći naglasak je stavljen na normi ISO 9001:2008 zajedno s novom revidiranom normom ISO 9001:2015 koju organizacije moraju primijeniti u svoje sustave do kraja 2018. godine.

In today's business world, there is a big competition between organizations and they want to distinguish themselves, keep their existing customers and attract new customers. This is why it is advisable that the organization cares about the quality of their products and services. Customers appreciate quality and written evidence that it exists, therefore, organizations intro duce recognizable quality standards such as ISO standards. The most famous standard of quality managemnt is ISO 9001. ISO 9001: 2008 is an international standard related to quality management. It is applicable to all organizations, regardless the type of activity and size of the organization itself. It particularly specify requirements for quality management where an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently realize products that satisfy customer requirements and it aims to increase customer satisfaction with the proper application of the system. It includes processes for continual improvement of the system and insurance approval with the requirements of customers and valid legitimate requirements. Written evidence that the organization has the standard ISO is certificate that customers know to ask to see to make sure that the products satisfy certain requirements. Except the certificate, each organization must have a Quality Manual, which should be made public. It serves for a better understanding of the process of the organization and getting information about who is responsible for what in the organization. This work explore ISO standards and its application in the enterprise Harburg – Freudenberger Belišće d.o.o.. veći naglasak Greater emphasis is placed on the ISO 9001: 2008 along with a new revised standard ISO 9001: 2015, which organizations must apply to their systems by the end of 2018.
