Abstract	Komunikacija je prisutna uvijek i svugdje, kako u poslovnom tako i u privatnom životu. I kada ne koristimo riječi i mislimo da ne komuniciramo, upravo i tada se odvija proces komunikacije na neki drugi način. U poslovnom svijetu može se reći da je komunikacija ključ uspjeha. Uspješna komunikacija dovodi poduzeće do poslovnog uspjeha i željenih rezultata. Interna komunikacija u poduzeću podrazumijeva određenu razmjenu ideja, stavova, informacija te određenih razmišljanja zaposlenika u tom poduzeću i svih ljudi koji su uključeni u poslovni proces te organizacije. Značaj koji se pridaje internoj komunikaciji u današanje vrijeme je sve veći i veći. Većina organizacija shvaća da uspješna interna komunikacija vodi ka uspješnom poslovanju. Komuniciranje kao proces nije nešto što se jednom nauči i s tim ste „gotovi“. Komunikacija se uči i proširuje od naših najranijih početaka pa sve do kraja života. Postoje razna pravila i načela kojih bi se osobe trebale pridržavati da bi komunikacija bila uspješna i te da bi u nekim određenim životnim situacijama znali pravilo reagirati. Interna komunikacija zahtjeva puno istraživanja i posvećenosti da bi dala dobre rezultate i učinila poduzeće uspješnim.
Abstract (english)	Communication is present always and everywhere, both in business and in private life. And when we don't use words and think we're not communicating, that's when the process of communication takes place in a different way. In the business world, it can be said that communication is the key to success. Successful communication leads the company to business success and desired results. Internal communication in a company implies a certain exchange of ideas, attitudes, information and certain thoughts of employees in that company and all people involved in the business process of that organization. The importance attached to internal communication is getting bigger and bigger these days. Most organizations understand that successful internal communication leads to successful business. Communicating as a process is not something that is learned once and you are "done" with it. Communication is learned and expanded from our earliest beginnings until the end of life. There are various rules and principles that people should adhere to in order for communication to be successful and for them to know how to react properly in certain life situations. Internal communication requires a lot of research and dedication to give good results and make the company successful.
